Jessica Deaver

Prior to becoming an attorney, I began my career in the legal field as an administrative assistant, bar membership coordinator, intake specialist, and discovery analyst. I have gained a unique perspective of the judicial process and a wider understanding of how actions conducted by many individuals affect the life cycle of a single case.

My legal practice is focused mainly on assisting individuals through the probate process. The administration of a loved one’s estate can be challenging and cause uncertainty during an especially emotional time. With the vast amount of misinformation and confusion surrounding probate, I strive to guide my clients through the process as painlessly as possible by providing reassurance and resources along the way.

My practice also includes assisting in the formation of non-profit organizations. I thoroughly enjoy helping passionate individuals realize their goals of creating these kinds of organizations for the purpose of helping those in need.
